      Yes, that is enough weight. The amount of movement depends on how high or low from the pivot the ball is adjusted.

      A Yes, you want to try and keep the weight rating closest to what you have. The 8000lb rated hitch would be best suited for your 7000lb rated trailer.

      A The only big difference between the XRC and the Impact is going to be the color. The XRC has a few different tow capacity options available which simply means that the bump cushions would vary depending on the desired tow capacity.
