Looks like a new item. Haven’t had the occasion to use it , however think it will work very well.
Tried it out for the first time by pulling a dump trailer with a load of gravel (16,000 pounds total) with a Chevy 2500 over some rough roads and rail crossings. Made a big difference in the ride quality. Wish I had one of these years ago.

Haven’t had the chance to tow with it yet but the build quality is very good. I’ve used air ride 5th wheel hitches in the past with great results so I anticipate the same with this hitch.
Hitch is built very solid, but I have not used it yet.
